Hello, amazing that I used two different colors of Socks that Rock, but the end result was very similar. I used Algae (light) and Rare Gems (dark), you can see here and here.
The pattern for the Chevron Scarf can be found in the book Last-Minute Gifts by Joelle Hoverson on page 121. It's a very simple though intricate-looking stitch pattern using a 4 row pattern repeat.
